Heron Side Table

Cornelio Cappellini is an Italian family company of contemporary furniture founded in Brianza, near Milan, in the 1950s. It specialized in traditional furniture until 2004 when it shifted towards glamorous designs that included crystals, noble metals, fabrics, and leathers. In 2018, the company evolved further towards modern and contemporary collections with the introduction of the successful Hessentia line, expanding its presence in emerging markets and areas like Europe and North America. All products are handmade in Italy with skilled artisan hands, respecting the “Made in Italy” concept and producing unique pieces with modern technologies at the service of the handmade concept.

The Heron Side Table, designed by Luca Erba, is a sophisticated and adaptable piece of furniture, entirely made of metal. The brass top is crafted using a special sand mold metal casting technique, while the legs are finished in shiny gold. Alternatively, the poplar root tray-shaped top of the Heron side table brings a warm touch to the structure, which is supported by three slight legs in a combination of shiny and brushed finish. Additionally, two of the legs transform into a handle that facilitates moving the table around the living area.
