    Shipping and Delivery Policy

    SHIPPING + DELIVERY

    Ark Interiors offer a one-year manufacturer’s defect warranty from the delivery date.

    Shipping

    Canada Shipping

    • Ark interiors offers Free Curbside Shipping on most furniture pieces within the major cities in Canada on all orders.
    • “White Glove Delivery” is available for an additional charge. This is a full service which includes: inside delivery, installation, place the item in the desired location and remove any packaging materials.
    • Curbside delivery is offered with free shipping unless “White Glove Service” is requested. This means you are responsible for bringing the goods inside your home and unpacking your shipment.
    • For small items, e.g. accessories, carpet, small carpet, parcel carrier service would be provided with a tracking number.
    • If shipping charges occur, promotional discounts will not apply to shipping charges.
    • If a shipment is returned due to customer was unavailable to accept delivery after first attempt, please contact shipping carrier to re-schedule a shipping date. Please note, after several attempts the customer will pay the return shipment charges.
    • Any opened and installed lighting cannot be returned.

    US & International Shipping

    • Ark Interiors offers a Free Worldwide shipping on certain items.
    • Shipping fees to U.S. addresses and all international addresses are by quote only based on volume and location. Please contact [email protected] to get your quote for shipping. Please note, import duties may be charged for international shipments.
    • Shipping to U.S. and International address is curbside only unless ‘White Glove Service’ is requested.

    Local customers only

    ARK Interiors is pleased to provide full service to local customers.
    Full-Service Delivery or White Glove Delivery Includes:

    • Inside delivery
    • Full Installation on most furniture pieces
    • Place the item in desired location
    • Remove any package materials
    Downtown Vancouver-$120
    Richmond, Burnaby, West Vancouver, North Vancouver, Surrey-$160
    Other BC locations are by charged by hourly service-price upon quotation

    Lead Times

    • Standard Italian manufacturer lead times is four months. We can manage your order to be ship directly from Italy for non-local customers. If an order is urgent, please contact us at [email protected] to discuss specific product lead times. We do not keep inventory on all items except for showroom stock.

    RETURN + REFUND

    Cancellation Policy

    All order processed through arkinteriors.ca may be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of order confirmation. Any refunds will be applied to your original form of payment. Please note refunds will be processed immediately after cancellation but may take up to 7 business days to show on your statement.

    Return & Exchange Policy

    Prior to returning your item, please contact us at [email protected] as all returns must be pre-authorized. Please provide your name, order number and the product you wish to return.

    • Items in original condition and packaging may be returned within 48 hours of receipt for store credit or exchange only, no refunds would be given. Please note the customer will need to pay the return shipment charges.
    • Customized orders are made-to-order and therefore they are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged, returned and/or cancelled.
    • Items marked as Sale or Final sale are non-refundable
    • If a shipment is returned because the customer was unavailable to accept delivery, please contact [email protected] or carriers directly to re-schedule a shipping. Please note, after several attempts the customer must pay the return shipment charges.

    Please note: Any item returned in unsellable conditions will be subject to additional charges.

    Damage Items

    Damage unfortunately happens. Prior to accepting your package, please inspect the packaging for damage. If possible, take pictures of all damage and contact us right away at [email protected] to discuss replacement arrangements. Refunds are not issued on damaged goods after 48 hours of receipt.
