In the heart of Paris, within the Saint Germain district, stands the prestigious Hôtel Lutetia, recently reopened following a four-year renovation. Originally constructed in 1910 to cater to an exclusive clientele, the building has undergone a significant transformation under the guidance of Jean Michel Wilmotte’s project, seamlessly blending historical charm with contemporary elements. A central feature of the renovation is the creation of a spacious patio, replacing the previous historic hall and offering a new outdoor area. The rooms have been expanded, with twelve new suites and a 700sqm spa enhancing the hotel’s accommodation offerings.

Paolo Castelli S.p.A. played a vital role in the renovation, undertaking civil works such as flooring and wall finishings for the wellness & spa area and Signature suites. Additionally, they handled the prototyping and production of FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) and decorative lighting for the entire building, contributing to the seamless integration of modern amenities while preserving the hotel’s rich history and charm.
