Step 01
DESIGN CONSULTATION
We work on both residential and commercial projects. The initial meeting with our Interior designers focuses on the needs and potentials of your space. It can either be arranged in store, virtually, or on site. Within the consultation, we can determine your style, and possible solutions from our collections.
Even if you only need accessories to spice the space up, we would be happy to discuss your needs with you based on your existing interiors.
During the on-site visits, images and measurements would be taken. Any existing architectural features would be noted down such as window facing, sun angles, and views.
Our interior specialists are here to streamline your ideas into a cohesive theme and distinctive style. We are more than happy to share our knowledge with you from color trends to decoration tips. We embrace all styles: Modern/ Contemporary/ Classic/ Retro/ Industrial. Please feel free to bring your own inspiration images so that we can achieve the best designs for your needs and dreams.
Step 02
DESIGN PROPOSAL
A mood board, material board, and furniture board are developed to ensure that we have captured all of the requirements, wishes and functions you have expressed. A color palette and styling is prepared for setting a conceptual ambiance so that the subsequent design processes can be efficiently developed.
During this phase, we will create a preliminary floor/furnishing plan in AutoCAD. Layout and lighting effect play fundamental roles: we ensure lighting is expertly placed to attract attention to your beautiful interior.
A thoughtful layout has a lot to offer, to name a few:
Maximizes space usage
Balances light and shade
Enhances your enjoyment of your surroundings
Increases rental and resale value.
Step 03
DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
At this stage, with style and function in mind, a furniture plan is created for client approval. Beside choosing the pieces which speak cohesive statements, and work harmoniously together, we ensure the scale and proportion of the pieces are appropriate for your space. We carefully design a furniture plan and save you the need for browsing a wide range of catalogs.
Color and Material Guidance:
Color and texture dominate the mood and quality of a space. After analyzing your taste, we always customize the color scheme and material board for each client. Samples of various finishes would be provided for you to look at and feel. Throughout this process, we would love to guide you in the choice of various finishes including leather and fabric; as well as provide performance details for each material and maintenance tips.
STEP 04
PURCHASING AND FINALIZATION
After all the strategic planning, it’s time to turn your dream home into reality. Based on your timeline, we adjust and finalize the layout, furniture and material selections. Upon your approval, we coordinate with the factory for any customized order notes and take care of white glove delivery.
