Flap Collection
The Flap Collection, designed by Meneghello Paolelli, is S•CAB’s first fully modular family of upholstered furniture, conceived to blur the boundaries between indoor and outdoor living. Its defining feature is the moveable backrest—“the flap”—a rotating element that pivots roughly 15 degrees on its axis, allowing the cushion to shift into different inclinations for personalized comfort. This dynamic mechanism sits on a tubular metal structure that wraps gracefully around the soft, generous upholstery, creating a striking contrast between the fullness of the cushions and the lightness of the frame. With modules that combine seating and integrated support surfaces, Flap offers endless compositions, making it a versatile, sculptural system for contemporary spaces.
Lisa Collection
The Lisa Collection, designed by Marcello Ziliani, draws inspiration from the refined interiors of the 1950s and 60s, translating that timeless elegance into a contemporary family of chairs, armchairs, stools, swings, and outdoor pieces. Defined by its slim tubular steel frame that gently embraces the backrest, Lisa balances lightness with structural clarity. Seats and backrests are offered in upholstered, wooden, or woven nautical‑rope versions, allowing the collection to move effortlessly between indoor sophistication and outdoor durability.
