Lutech, a leading player in Italy’s consulting, system integration, and IT outsourcing sector, has recently revealed its new Bologna offices situated within the FRI Foundation building complex. The project, spanning about 800 square meters, was overseen by Paolo Castelli S.p.A., the general contractor responsible for the comprehensive renovation of the building.

Positioned on the second floor, the office layout comprises 90 workstations and meeting areas, delineated by glass walls to cultivate an open and spacious environment. The entrance boasts a bespoke reception counter, setting the tone with anthracite flooring blending with white workstations, accentuated by vibrant red and yellow tones on sound-absorbing panels and seating areas. Meeting rooms and executive offices along the periphery ensure privacy with custom-made glass partitions. The layout integrates individual work areas, featuring desk islands, alongside communal spaces like five phone call lounges. A well-appointed coffee-break area, furnished with high tables and stools, bridges the two interconnected open spaces. Paolo Castelli oversaw civil works, plasterboard installation, sound-absorbing panels, and provided durable, custom-made furnishings, ensuring enduring comfort and functionality for everyday use.
