The M56 residential complex, nestled near the city center, resides within a prestigious historic building. Designed to offer a luxurious Long Stay Experience, the complex comprises eight fully furnished apartments tailored for medium to long-term rentals. Inspired by a Northern European ambiance, the project caters to a culturally sophisticated and travel-savvy demographic.

Paolo Castelli S.p.A. undertook the construction and supply of all furnishings for the eight apartments, completing the project over a span of three months. This encompassed the creation of custom-made boiserie crafted from dark stained wood, built-in wardrobes in entrance areas, and a range of serial furnishings including upholstered pieces for both day and night areas, tables, chairs, and kitchen furniture.

The interior design exudes an informal and trendy atmosphere, characterized by contemporary European influences. The aesthetic features pure white walls and ceilings juxtaposed with natural oak floors, harmonizing with minimalist, light, and informal furnishings. Materials such as dark woods with open pore varnishing, black metal accents, marbles, and fabrics in natural hues with subtle hints of autumnal colors like yellows, bronzes, and greens, contribute to the chic and inviting ambiance of the spaces.
